The solution is composed of multiple applications that work together to form the full system. A windows application is combined with multiple web applications to grant access for all personnel including reception, technicians, supervisor, accountant, store official, doctors and manager.






Is automated backup supported?

Yes, the system features multiple backup methods that can be activated synchronously, all of which are automated.







Is the software cloud or local based?

This is up to you. An option is to run the whole system on cloud, and the other option is to run it locally (on your local server).
Should you choose the local system, you'll be able to get online access as the system will still be connected via our APIs.






No distributors are located here. Can I still get the software?

You can always get the software, implementation and support services directly from XanthusSoft. We have an experienced team that is always ready to help.
